Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere. The shopping cart should calculate your shipping costs for U.S. and Canadian orders.

For International orders, an estimate will be provided. If more shipping costs are needed, an invoice will be sent and will need to be paid before your order will ship.

How long does it take until my order ships?
Shipping time varies depending on current volume of orders. We are not a large company, but we are constantly trying to get your orders out as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If you need an order sooner, leave a note when you checkout and we'll do our best to get it to you in time. A Rush Order option will be coming soon.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit cards via our Authorize.net Merchant account, Paypal, Money Orders and Checks.

Return policy:
Returns will be accepted on items that have defects. An exchange or money back will be issued.
We stand behind the high-quality guarantee on our products.
Other reasons for a return (changed mind, etc.) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.
Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order and we must have the items back, in original condition, within 14 days before your refund is processed.

How often do items get restocked and New items arrive?

All the time! We are constantly receiving shipments and trying to expand the products we carry by adding New items. If there is something you would like to see us sell on the site, just send us a suggestion through an email.

I'm looking for a larger quantity than what it shows you have available to purchase.

No problem! Again, send us an email and we can probably order how many you need.
